This website is operated by V Lounge, a JLNI Enterprises Inc. subsidiary. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JLNI Enterprises et al. V Lounge offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting the V Lounge website www.vlounge.ca, purchasing from us and/or interact, you engage in our “Service” and are in agreement to be bound by the following terms of use (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the website www.vlounge.ca. Including without limitation users defined as browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Upon access or use of any part of this site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service laid out below. If you do not agree to any of the items outlined in these terms, we recommend you not further access any part of the website or use any services. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, who provides us with the online web platform to reach and engage with you. It may also offer us an avenue to sell our products and services to you in the future.

Online Platform Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your province of residence and you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our services or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Ordering Products on our Site

We will request information from you on our order forms for purchase of products. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Guarantee/Refund

JLNI Enterprises Inc. o/a V Lounge is here to support and assist you in reaching your own goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. JLNI Enterprises Inc. o/a V Lounge cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on his or her unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this Website and/or its associated programs. Due to the nature of the program, there will be no refunds issued.

Membership Access

You will have access to your content program and member benefits for the duration of your membership.

Decline Payment

If your payment has been declined, there will be a few attempts to reach you via the phone or email to give you an opportunity to pay. Squarespace will attempt 1 additional payment processing 5 business days after a failed attempt. If the attempts to reach you are unsuccessful your program access will be revoked.

Members of “Body+Mind+Thrive” monthly membership or any future additional program/offering or membership option have committed to either a 6 or 12 month membership or associated program term and they are not eligible to cancel their memberships after the until the terms of payment have been met.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to duplicate, copy, reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the V Lounge Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by JLNI Enterprises Inc.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. I understand that I will be participating in one or all of the services listed below: [Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Group Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Group Fitness, Body+Mind+Thrive Program Membership, Om Your Core or any other workshops, webinars, classes, or memberships] through JLNI Enterprises Inc. o/a V Lounge.

I understand that any of the above mentioned programs will require physical, mental, and emotional exertion. I neither have physical or mental limitations, nor am I taking any medications or receiving any medical treatment that might make it unsafe for me to participate in any of the above listed services. I also understand that bringing my baby to group fitness classes or allowing my older children to participate in group fitness classes is at my own risk. I take full responsibility for the safety of my baby/child/children.

I understand that, by participating in any workshops, classes, private sessions, group session etc… or by creating a log-in to access any online programs of JLNI Enterprises Inc. o/a V Lounge, I am agreeing to not hold JLNI Enterprises Inc. o/a V Lounge or any of its employees, owners, agents, or insurers responsible or liable for any bodily injury and/or any mental/emotional aggravation that I may suffer as a result of my participation in any of the programs listed above - whether in person or online. By Attending any session and/or creating a log-in I am agreeing to the statements in the section of this document labelled, “Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability.”
