Account Creation: if you create a V Lounge account, we collect personal information to improve your experience and our customer service. This information may include your: a) billing and shipping address(es) b) email address c) name d) phone number.
Scheduling: when you book an appointment using this website, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your: a) name b) email address c) phone number d) details relating to your appointment (for example, who referred you) e) files you uploaded. Additional information pertaining to medical history may also be collected.
We share the above collected information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can provide website services to us.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase.

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. If you opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt-out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions, such as purchases, warranty registrations etc.
Account emails: we also email you with details about your appointment or account activity and reminders. For example, we may email you to tell you that: a) you’ve created a customer account b) your customer account password has been reset or updated c) booked appointment d) rescheduled or cancelled appointment e) virtual appointments.
It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.
How do we Protect Visitor Information
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions that are inline with available and current legal best practices to ensure your personal information is not accessed, misused, inappropriately lost, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Squarespace is examined frequently for vulnerabilities and security holes to ensure a safe visit to our site.
