Classes Overview

Join Alison, your pelvic floor certified fitness & yoga professional for 6 weeks of pelvic floor fitness classes will take your pelvic floor muscle training to the next level.

  • This weeks focus was on Restorative Yoga, connecting back to your nervous system and your breath. Doing poses that release your muscles but also your stress.

    You will need blocks, a bolster, a strap, and a blanket. If you don’t have any of these – there’s lots you can use from home. Pillows, books or rolled up towels can all help prop you up.

  • This week was Abs, Core, and Pelvic Floor. Working on pelvic floor activation through breath and movement. Building endurance, strength and coordination.

    You’ll need a small or mini exercise ball and a resistance band/strap. A couple swap ideas, try a pillow, block, or get creative and use the belt from a rob!

  • A super relaxing Yin Yoga class with a focus on a full pelvic floor muscle release and deeper connection to your breath.

    For this week you can get away with using pillows and blankets to get comfy, having blocks or a bolster can come in handy!

  • A fast-moving dance class that you won’t even notice how much you’re working your whole core (until after!). This week’s Hip Circles class was everything you need to get those pelvic floor and core muscles ignited – strength & mobility rolled into a lively booty shaking good time.

    You may want to grab a towel to wipe the sweat away with this one! Otherwise a couple blocks for for the final stretch is all you’ll need. Oh and some big V energy.

  • In this week’s Hatha Yoga class we will move through a sequence of poses aimed at both strengthening and releasing all of major muscle groups with a special focus on your pelvic floor. We will spend time flowing through postures and also in stillness. This class is suitable for all activities levels as modifications will be provided.

  • This week’s Pelvic Floor Lift and Sculpt has all my muscles burning. We focused on those fast and slow twitch muscle movements, using core breath to activate our pelvic floors while engaging other muscles groups.

    For this one you will need a mini stability ball, dumbbells and resistance bands. If you don’t have these no sweat (joking, you’re def going to sweat!) using your own body weight, cans or filled up water bottles will do the trick too!

What: Learn how to apply pelvic floor activation to dynamic movement that is MORE than just Kegels and bridges. Increase strength, release and connect with your pelvic floor muscles and core while stabilizing and relaxing the muscles.

When: Tuesdays 7:30 pm for 60 mins

Location: your mat, anywhere you are!

Class: alternating weeks of Strength & Release

Cost: FREE for all our members!

Bundle ALL 6 classes for $40 OR single classes for $10/class

Meet Your Instructor: Alison

Alison is a mom of 3 and a passionate Pelvic Floor Fitness Professional. Her passion for the field stemmed from her own struggles with pelvic and bladder symptoms. She was able to enter remission with her holistic tool kit and she has dedicated her life to helping others find effective solutions to their pelvic and bladder symptoms.
