Here’s a few things to help you stay on track:

✔ Remember to stay hydrated! A happy pelvic floor and bladder is a hydrated one!

✔ Keep moving your body – walks, squats, yoga, running, whatever makes you happy will keep your pelvic floor muscles happy too.

✔ Throw in a few pelvic floor contractions when you can – with your workouts, while you’re stuck in traffic, before going to bed.

✔ And tie them into your breathing to keep your whole core aligned and activated!
