Passion. Disruption. Continence.

My Journey & Our Core Confidence Certified Team

Hi, I’m Elle!

Proud mama of a very adventurous boy, mompreneur, Chief Vision Officer of V Lounge, and 1 of about 3.5 million Canadians who has experienced urinary incontinence.

After my son was born, I developed a prolapse and eventually found myself waking up throughout the night, and not just because I had a baby keeping me awake. I started having to pee more frequently and even leaking when I didn’t make it. My body felt like it wasn’t my own. Long walks or trips became daunting, and peeing in the woods was becoming all too regular. I felt anxious, uncomfortable and defeated.

V Lounge Inspiration

After years of suffering from postpartum pelvic health issues, I got tired of band-aid solutions that didn’t meet my needs.

I learned about a device, aptly named The Kegel Throne, that uses state-of-the-art technology to help strengthen pelvic floor muscles, helping with urinary incontinence. I tried it, and after the first few sessions, I noticed big changes. I could go out for hours without feeling the urgency to pee and I could finally sleep all night. I thought to myself… “More women need to know about this, now!”

Regaining My Continence

I had pelvic health issues after childbirth and was ashamed to talk about it.

I changed parts of my life to accommodate the challenges of incontinence and was frustrated by the alternatives.

Getting my freedom back, my sexy back, and my confidence back changed my world. I’m in control of my body again, my mental health has improved and my sex-life has never been better. I put myself first, I put my health first. I want the same for you. Women’s health matters and it’s the driving force for me to create this place of transformation – V Lounge.

V Lounge is here to disrupt the incontinence conversation

Women no longer need to settle on living with leaks or pelvic floor issues.
